We were happy to see that this product has GMP certification and is manufactured in an FDA-approved facility, but it’s ultimately the formula that gets you the results. So, does this product have what it takes?
Is Emerald Labs Bladder Health Effective?
We were very impressed with Emerald Health’s commitment to additive-free products, and Bladder Health is no exception. It contains 4 ingredients in a vegetarian capsule – nothing more. Out of our list of must-have ingredients, this product contains Pumpkin Seed extract as well as a proprietary blend of Lindera, Horsetail, and Crateva. While we don’t usually approve of proprietary blends, as they provide no transparency regarding the amount of each ingredient, this particular blend, Urox®, has a clinical trial backing up its efficacy.
However, the rest of our must-have key ingredients did not make it into this formula. Bladder Health does not include Soy Isoflavones, which is possibly explained by the fact that this product does not cater specifically to women. Women have different needs when it comes to bladder health, and Soy Isoflavones provide an estrogen-like effect. This can help support bladder tissue and improve daily urination and urgency as well as incontinence frequency. Additionally, this product doesn’t contain Thiamine for solving deficiencies that can lead to neurogenic bladder. Since several studies have shown Thiamine’s ability to promote normal control of bladder function, we expect it to be present in a high-quality formula and unfortunately, this product didn’t deliver on this. The last ingredient we wanted to see included is BioPerine®, a bioavailability enhancer that promotes faster results. This product neglected to include it, which was disappointing.
Finally, we found no mention of a return policy or a money-back guarantee anywhere on the company’s website. Not only does a money-back guarantee allow customers to try out the product without fear of wasting their money, but it also showcases the manufacturer’s confidence that the product is effective. We found it discouraging that Emerald Labs chose not to offer such a guarantee.
Is Emerald Labs Bladder Health Safe?
In general, this product is marketed as natural and safe. There are no mentioned side effects and it is made in accordance with the standard GMP practices. That said, it is always recommended to speak to your doctor before taking any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have any health conditions, or are taking other medications.

Emerald Labs Bladder Health has a lot of good things going for it. The manufacturing facility is FDA-approved and GMP-compliant and the product is vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. With Pumpkin Seed extract as well as a blend of Crateva, Lindera, and Horsetail, Bladder Health should be somewhat effective for reducing urinary incontinence.
However, this product is lacking in certain areas. Without Soy Isoflavones to strengthen the bladder and Thiamine to correct deficiencies that might lead to neurogenic incontinence, we found this to be a less comprehensive formula than our top choice. Additionally, it has no bioavailability enhancer to speed up results. Without a money-back guarantee (or any sort of return policy) we had no choice but to place it in second place.
